Prior to that date, dissertations were made openly available at the author's request. If you would like to make your pre-2015 Penn dissertation available, please contact the repository manager.

Professional accounts can be created using your University Computing Account username and password. If you already have an account in Overleaf, you will need to link it to or change it to your University Computing Account.
